Yes. All equipment rentals include delivery, on-site placement, and setup support from the Arctic Ice team.
What kind of power do your trailers require?
Our ice trailers require a dedicated 110v / 20 amp circuit and cannot be connected via extension cords. A 15-foot cord is attached to the trailer for direct plug-in.
Can I rent multiple merchandisers for one location?
Absolutely. We often supply multiple merchandisers for large events or venues with several service points.
How far in advance should I book my equipment rental?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for large events or peak seasons. Equipment is limited and reservations fill quickly.
Do you offer customer pickups?
Currently, we do not offer customer pickups. For safety and insurance reasons, all equipment must be delivered and managed by our professional team.
